Post-MVA, the male patient presents with left SI discomfort. No prior surgeries, carcinoma, or corticosteroid regimen.
Case 6 – Left Sacro-Iliac (SI) discomfort
34 yo/old male presents to a DC office complaining of SI discomfort after an MVA several months ago. Surgical intervention was performed—no prior history of carcinoma or corticosteroid/opioid regimen.
Case 5-Left Groin Discomfort
16 yo/old female presents to a DC office complaining of severe left groin discomfort after a 4 wheeler type accident. Presents with a severe left sided limp. No prior history of trauma, surgery, carcinoma or corticosteroid/opioid regimen.
